Upon completing his Bachelor of Engineering in 2004, Ankit Bansal embarked on his dynamic career journey to become an entrepreneur. With a quality time spent at management level for family business, he brought in the innovative spirit of the new generation. The company rejuvenated under his leadership and acquired a new vision.
He advocated the strategical investment in diversified business and his commitment to sustainable energy. It was this passion for innovation and new pastures in the manufacturing of value-added products that took him to venture to introduce FIBC products through his dream project. Selection of technology, right machines, and the complete layout planning was his brainchild, which he further expanded till 2017.
Since then, he has relentlessly been pursuing a great vision toward planning and developing innovative products to introduce in India. 2022 marked another milestone in the entrepreneurial journey of Ankit Bansal when he launched Bright Global-Tex Industries Pvt Ltd. Technology and the products he visualized are becoming reality through Bright Global-Tex Industries Pvt Ltd. With his dynamic leadership, companies have consecutively managed to scale new heights and live up to the promise of excellence and innovation in manufacturing.

With 9 years of experience in business development and operations, she has made significant contributions to the growth and success of the companies she has been a part of.
Since 2015, Mrs. Bansal has held the position of Director at Bright Packaging Pvt Ltd and Bright Global-Tex Industries Pvt Ltd. She has been instrumental in steering these companies towards new heights, primarily focusing on business development and enhancing brand visibility. Her expertise in expanding market reach and strengthening brand presence has been invaluable.
A tech-savvy leader, Mrs. Bansal is proficient in utilizing various digital platforms to optimize business operations. Her innovative approach and keen understanding of digital tools have greatly benefited the company.
