What is Co-Extrusion PP Woven Fabric?
Co-Extrusion PP (Polypropylene) Woven Fabric is a unique, dual-layer fabric created through a co-extrusion process. This method involves extruding multiple layers of material simultaneously to produce a fabric with enhanced properties, such as improved barrier capabilities, higher strength, and a glossy finish.
We are happy to inform that we are only the 2nd manufacturer in the county to make this product. This is a MAKE IN INDIA initiative. Process of moulding / Extruding two or more materials in single Mould or Die is called Co-Extrusion. Normal PP fabric is made from single layer, single screw extrusion technology. We are manufacturing Polypropylene woven fabric from twin extruder and the resultant product will have 2 layers.
